The MountResilience Community of Practice on Climate Change Adaptation (MountResilience CoP) is your opportunity to learn, share, network, and influence the policies and practices that will guide our transition toward resilient mountain communities:
- Learning hub. Engage in capacity-building sessions with experts, designed to tackle the complexities of climate transitions in mountain regions.
- Networking opportunities. Connect with a diverse range of organisations and practitioners working on climate adaptation in mountain areas.
- Insights & good practices. Gain exclusive access to the latest findings and experiments conducted by MountResilience partners, and explore their innovative solutions in your context.
- Influence policy. Contribute your organisation’s insights to discussions on the future of mountain areas in climate policy.
Who can join?
The Community is open to organisations and projects—no individual memberships are allowed.
Eligible applicants include:
- NGOs
- Public authorities
- Private sector actors
- Research institutions
- Other stakeholders working on climate change adaptation.
How can I join?
- Express Your Interest: Complete the Application Form (click on “Apply now!”) by providing your motivations and organisational details. Applicants must submit: Name, type, areas of work, size, a brief description of the organisation, and a description of the person applying, demonstrating their capacity to represent the organization.
- Selection Process: Applications will be reviewed by MountResilience’s steering committee, with responses provided within one month.

By joining, your organisation agrees to:
- Receive communications from the Community of Practice (in compliance with privacy regulations).
- Actively participate in activities, including networking sessions and collaborative events.
- Represent your organization’s views in the discussions and policy consultations.
- Be available for future solicitations, such as speaking engagements or contributing feedback on policy propositions.
